Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-16. Last updated: 2026-10-16.
This Privacy Policy explains how GCExperts LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Interested Vendors at interestedvendors.com ("the Service"), an a federal construction interested-vendor registry and teaming board: contractors express interest in live federal construction solicitations and are surfaced to the market. GCExperts LLC is a Texas limited liability company (IRS CP 575 B; Texas SOS file number 0804996600) and owns and operates the Service. You can reach us at [email protected].
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
- Demand Desk membership and payment records. The plan you bought, the amount, the currency, the payment status, and the payment provider's transaction identifier. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Interested-vendor entries. When you register your firm's interest in a solicitation, we collect the firm name, your contact name and email, your trade, your NAICS codes, any set-aside certifications you list, and the states you serve. You submit this; we do not obtain it from any government system.
- Local demand alerts (optional). When you register for local federal demand alerts, we collect your email address and, only if you choose to give it, a phone number. Email alerts and phone/SMS alerts are separate, optional choices; each consent is recorded separately with the exact wording you agreed to and the time you agreed. You can withdraw either consent at any time.
- Usage and security data. Records needed to keep sessions working and the site safe, such as session tokens and rate-limit counters. Session tokens are stored in a strictly-necessary cookie.
- Cookie choices. The consent choice you make on the cookie banner.
What is shown publicly, and to whom
An interested-vendor entry is shown on a public page for the solicitation it names. The public page shows the firm name, trade, NAICS codes, set-aside certifications and states you submitted. Your contact name and email are shown only to users who are signed in. The submission form states this in plain words and asks for your consent before you submit, and you can ask us to remove an entry at any time.
What we do not do
We do not ingest, mirror, copy or republish the federal government's own Interested Vendor List, and we do not obtain the details of any firm that did not submit an entry here. Every vendor shown on interestedvendors.com put itself there. The solicitation records we display are the government's own public opportunity notices from SAM.gov; the interest entries are ours and yours.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in and reset your password.
- To publish and maintain the interested-vendor registry you submit to.
- To provide and confirm any Demand Desk membership you purchase.
- To send service messages, such as password-reset links and payment confirmations.
- To send the local federal demand alerts you asked for, on the email and/or phone/SMS channel(s) you separately consented to.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:
- Stripe processes payments and card data.
- Our email provider delivers transactional email such as password resets.
- Our hosting provider operates the servers that run the Service.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Retention
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account exists and for the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. An interested-vendor entry stays published while the solicitation it names is shown as active, and is removed on request. Password-reset links expire after 60 minutes and are single-use. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information except where we must retain it by law.

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in; this cookie cannot be switched off without breaking login. With your consent we may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
