Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-10-16. Last updated: 2026-10-16.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Interested Vendors at interestedvendors.com ("the Service"), a federal construction interested-vendor registry and teaming board: contractors express interest in live federal construction solicitations and are surfaced to the market owned and operated by GCExperts LLC ("we", "us"). GCExperts LLC is a Texas limited liability company (IRS CP 575 B; Texas SOS file number 0804996600). You can reach us at [email protected]. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
What the Service is
The Service publishes live federal construction solicitation notices taken from the government's own public opportunity feed, and lets a contractor register its firm's interest in a solicitation. Every interested-vendor entry on the Service was submitted by that vendor. The Service is not the government's Interested Vendor List and does not republish it, and the Service is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, the Department of Defense, or any other government agency.
Listing interest is free; the Demand Desk is paid
Registering your firm's interest in a solicitation is free and unlimited, forever. The paid Demand Desk membership is a separate, optional purchase that adds cross-solicitation search and filtering, teaming-profile export, contact details for the firms listed, and coverage notices. The current price is $59 one-time, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless clearly stated at checkout, a purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review a refund in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund right you have under applicable law.
Your entries and your conduct
- You must submit accurate information about your own firm and only your own firm. Do not register interest on behalf of another business without its permission, and do not post a firm that has not agreed to appear.
- You confirm, when you submit an entry, that you consent to your firm name, trade, NAICS codes, set-aside certifications and states being shown publicly, and to your contact details being shown to signed-in users.
- Do not use the Service to scrape, harvest, spam or mislead, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
No legal or procurement advice; no outcome promised
The Service helps firms find one another and see the government's published notices. It does not provide legal, procurement, accounting or bidding advice, it does not determine eligibility for any program, and it does not promise that you will be awarded work, team with anyone, or be seen by any particular buyer. Federal subcontracting-plan requirements (for example 48 CFR 19.702 and 52.219-9, which apply to certain acquisitions above $900,000 — and $2 million for construction — and bind the apparently successful other-than-small-business offeror) are complex; consult a qualified government-contracts professional.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Provide a valid email address so that you can recover your account; password recovery is by emailed single-use reset link. We may suspend an account that abuses the Service.
Content and availability
Solicitation data comes from a government source and may change or contain errors; we display it as received and record when we last refreshed it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and GCExperts LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Local demand alerts and consent
You can register for local federal construction demand alerts. Email alerts and phone/SMS (calls and text messages) alerts are separate, optional choices; ticking one does not tick the other, and neither is a condition of any purchase. We record each consent, and the wording you agreed to, when you give it. You can withdraw consent, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by replying to a message or emailing [email protected]; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Government non-affiliation
Interested Vendors is owned and operated by GCExperts LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government or any federal agency. Interested Vendors reports and links to public information; it is not a government service.
Sales tax
Sales tax: GCExperts LLC handles applicable sales tax in accordance with the tax laws of your jurisdiction.
