Federal construction teaming
See who is interested in the federal construction jobs you are bidding
Interested Vendors is a registry built on live federal construction solicitations. A contractor finds a real, active opportunity from the government's own feed and adds itself to that solicitation's interested-vendor list - free and unlimited. Anyone tracking the job can see which firms registered interest here and what they do, so a prime can find a subcontractor and a subcontractor can find a teaming partner before the response deadline. Listing interest is always free; the paid Demand Desk is for the people searching.

What you get
Anchored to live solicitations
Every entry hangs off a real, active federal construction solicitation pulled from the government's own public opportunity feed, filtered to the construction NAICS codes. No invented opportunities and no fabricated counts - the numbers you see are the records the feed returned.
Express interest free, forever
A contractor picks a live solicitation and adds its firm, trade, NAICS codes, set-aside certifications and states. It is free and unlimited for everyone. Being seen is not the product; looking is.
The Demand Desk
Search and filter the whole registry across solicitations and firms, export teaming profiles, filter live solicitations by a moved response date or a re-post, and get coverage notices when a job you are tracking gains interested vendors, moves its response date, or is re-posted. This is the paid side, and it is unique to interestedvendors.com.

Frequently asked questions
What is an interested-vendor registry, and how is it different from the government's list?
The federal government's Interested Vendor List (IVL) is per-solicitation, exists only when the contracting officer enables it, and is only viewable to signed-in SAM.gov users. Interested Vendors is different: it aggregates across the whole construction pipeline, it is built for teaming, and every entry here was submitted by the vendor on this site. We do not copy, mirror or republish the government's IVL - the list you see shows firms that registered interest on interestedvendors.com, and nothing else.
Does it cost anything to register my interest in a solicitation?
No. Expressing interest is free and unlimited, forever, for every vendor. The paid Demand Desk is for searching the registry across solicitations and firms, exporting teaming profiles, filtering live solicitations by a moved response date or a re-post (a fact from the government's own feed), and getting coverage notices when a tracked job gains interested vendors, moves its response date, or is re-posted. Being listed is free; searching is the paid side.
Where do the solicitations come from?
From the government's own public Contract Opportunities feed (SAM.gov), filtered to active construction notices in NAICS 236, 237 and 238 and sorted by most recently modified. A notice whose response deadline has passed leaves the live view. If the feed ever returns nothing, the site says so rather than showing stale data.
Is this the government's Interested Vendor List?
No. It is an independent registry. A firm appears here only because it submitted its own interest on this site. We never ingest, mirror or republish SAM.gov's own interested-vendor list, and we say so on every solicitation page.
Who sees my contact details?
The public page shows your firm name, trade, NAICS codes, set-aside certifications and states. Your contact details are shown only to signed-in users, and the interest form states in plain words that your entry will be shown publicly and asks you to consent before you submit it.
What is the FAR subcontracting-plan rule you mention?
Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.702 requires a small-business subcontracting plan in negotiated acquisitions expected to exceed $900,000 - and $2 million for construction - that have subcontracting possibilities, and the plan obligation attaches to the apparently successful other-than-small-business offeror. It is cited here, with the construction threshold, so a prime can see the rule it is working to. See 48 CFR 19.702 and 52.219-9.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in page. We email a single-use reset link that expires in 60 minutes.
